3DPrintingTime Refund and Warranty Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Warranty Policy applies to purchases made through 3dprintingtime.com including software licenses, digital products, physical devices, custom services, and related products.

2. Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Software licenses

  • Activation keys

  • STL files

  • 3MF files

  • Digital downloads

  • Templates

  • Presets

  • Design files

  • Other downloadable content

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, activated, or otherwise made available to the customer, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

3. Software Licenses

Software licenses are non-refundable once delivered.

Differences between software previews, simulations, estimated print results, and actual printed results do not constitute defects and do not qualify for refunds.

Printer calibration, filament properties, slicer settings, environmental conditions, user settings, and other external factors are outside the control of 3DPrintingTime and are not grounds for refunds.

4. Custom Services

Custom services including image conversion, STL generation, file preparation, design work, consultation, and related services are non-refundable once work has begun.

3DPrintingTime reserves the right to refuse, reject, suspend, or cancel projects at its sole discretion.

5. Physical Devices Warranty

Physical devices sold by 3DPrintingTime include a limited three (3) month warranty against manufacturing defects beginning on the date of delivery.

At its discretion, 3DPrintingTime may repair, replace, or provide another reasonable remedy for verified manufacturing defects covered by warranty.

6. Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage requires:

  • The original warranty seal remains intact.

  • No evidence of liquid or water damage.

  • No evidence of misuse.

  • No evidence of abuse.

  • No evidence of unauthorized modification.

  • No evidence of unauthorized repair.

  • No evidence of accidental damage.

If any of the above conditions are not met, warranty coverage may be denied.

7. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic damage.

  • User-caused damage.

  • Water or liquid damage.

  • Electrical damage caused by improper use.

  • Damage caused by modification.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse.

  • Consumable components unless defective upon delivery.

8. Returns of Physical Products

Returns of physical products may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 3DPrintingTime.

Returned products must generally be:

  • In original condition.

  • Free from damage.

  • Returned with original accessories when applicable.

  • Returned with original packaging when reasonably possible.

9. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by 3DPrintingTime, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

10. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact 3DPrintingTime before initiating chargebacks so that reasonable efforts may be made to resolve any concerns.

11. Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this policy, all products are provided without additional warranties, whether express or implied.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, or protections that cannot be lawfully excluded or waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
