3DPrintingTime Software License Agreement (EULA)

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and 3DPrintingTime ("3DPrintingTime", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing the purchase, installation, activation, access, and use of any software, updates, documentation, digital tools, generated outputs, and related materials provided by 3DPrintingTime (collectively, the "Software").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install, activate, or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, 3DPrintingTime grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software during the license period purchased by you.

Available license types may include:

  • 30-Day License

  • 1-Year License

  • Lifetime License

The specific license term granted is determined by the license purchased.

A Lifetime License grants the right to use the Software for the life of the Software product and does not constitute ownership of the Software itself.

2. Software Is Licensed, Not Sold

The Software is licensed, not sold.

3DPrintingTime retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including:

  • Source code

  • Object code

  • Algorithms

  • Calculations

  • Processing methods

  • User interfaces

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Documentation

  • Updates

  • Associated intellectual property

No ownership rights in the Software are transferred to you.

3. Ownership of Generated Files

Subject to compliance with this Agreement and applicable intellectual property laws, users retain ownership of files generated using the Software, provided they possess the legal rights necessary to use the source materials from which those files were created.

3DPrintingTime claims no ownership interest in:

  • User-supplied images

  • User-supplied artwork

  • User-supplied photographs

  • User-supplied logos

  • User-supplied models

  • User-created generated files

except for any rights that may exist in the Software itself.

License expiration does not affect ownership of files generated during a valid license period.

4. User Responsibility for Source Materials

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess all rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations necessary to use any source material imported into the Software.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Images

  • Photographs

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Models

  • Designs

  • Digital files

  • Other content

3DPrintingTime does not verify:

  • Copyright ownership

  • Trademark ownership

  • Licensing status

  • Permission status

  • Legality of user-supplied content

You assume all responsibility for content imported into the Software and for any generated files derived from such content.

5. Local Processing

The Software is designed to operate locally on the user's device.

Images, files, and source materials processed through the Software are generally processed on the user's computer and are not uploaded to or processed by 3DPrintingTime servers through normal Software operation.

Certain licensing, activation, update, support, or optional online features may require internet communication.

6. Software Previews and Simulation Disclaimer

The Software may generate:

  • Previews

  • Renderings

  • Simulations

  • Color approximations

  • Layer estimates

  • Thickness estimates

  • Print estimates

  • Visual representations

  • Instructions

  • Other guidance tools

These outputs are estimates only and are provided solely as guidance.

Actual results may vary significantly depending on factors including:

  • Printer model

  • Printer calibration

  • Filament brand

  • Filament color

  • Material properties

  • Lighting conditions

  • Viewing conditions

  • Slicer settings

  • Layer height

  • Nozzle size

  • Environmental conditions

  • User modifications

  • Manufacturing tolerances

3DPrintingTime does not guarantee that printed results will match Software previews or simulations.

7. User Responsibility for Generated Files

Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, slicing, printing, and verifying all generated files before manufacturing, distribution, sale, or use.

3DPrintingTime is not responsible for:

  • Failed prints

  • Material waste

  • Printer damage

  • Incorrect settings

  • Calibration issues

  • Unsatisfactory print quality

  • Commercial losses arising from generated files

8. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the Software

  • Decompile the Software

  • Disassemble the Software

  • Circumvent licensing systems

  • Circumvent activation systems

  • Remove copyright notices

  • Remove licensing notices

  • Redistribute the Software

  • Resell the Software

  • Share activation keys

  • Create unauthorized derivative versions of the Software

  • Use the Software for unlawful purposes

Nothing in this section restricts ownership rights in generated files as described elsewhere in this Agreement.

9. Updates

3DPrintingTime may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, modifications, or new versions of the Software.

We are not obligated to provide updates.

Features may be modified, added, limited, or removed at any time.

10. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms.

3DPrintingTime may suspend or terminate access to the Software if it reasonably believes this Agreement has been violated.

Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases.

Termination does not affect ownership of files generated during a valid license period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DPrintingTime disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability

  • Availability

  • Non-infringement

No guarantee is made that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DPrintingTime shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Lost data

  • Business interruption

  • Failed prints

  • Material waste

  • Printer damage

  • Consequential damages

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Special damages

In no event shall 3DPrintingTime's total liability exceed the amount paid for the applicable Software license.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3DPrintingTime from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Software

  • Your generated files

  • Your source materials

  • Your violation of this Agreement

  • Alleged infringement of third-party rights

14. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
